دتكنالوژي څخه هدف دساختمان لپاره دمداومت duration تعين اوهمدارنګه دكارګرانو اوماشين آلاتومناسب استخدام دي . همدارنګه په تكنالوژيكي كارونوكې دساختمان دتوليد پلان ګذاري اودساختماني چارواداره اوارګانيزيشن هم شامل دي يعنې داچې يوساختمان په كم وخت او لږې انرژۍ په اقتصادي اوښه كيفيت سره توليدشي.
دساختمان په تكنالوژيكي كارونوكې لومړى ټول كاري احجام محاسبه كيږي اووروسته دهر كارلپاره مشخص نورم، كارګران ، ماشين آلات اوهم مداومت لاسته راځي اوپه نتيجه كې يوكاري پلان يا جنتري پلان تشكيلوي چې دكاري پروسو ترمنځ ارتباط ، مداومت اوكارګران ښئي .پس دكاري پلان دګراف د ترتيب لپاره لومړى بايد احجام په جداګانه ډول ترتيب شي.
